An enriched dough makes up our ciabatta rolls, plus the addition of two different pre-ferments; levain and poolish. The poolish makes for a crisper crust and a lighter crumb.

Available for home delivery on Thursday or store collection on Saturday from either The Goods Shed, Canterbury or the bakery, West Hythe. There is a 48 hour lead-time so for home delivery order before 12pm on a Tuesday and for collection before 12pm on a Thursday
Subscriptions are repeated every week but you can pause or cancel your subscription at any time
