Gluten
All products (so far) contain gluten.
Dairy
We do not use any dairy products in the production of our products.
Nuts
Nuts are occasionally used in breads and pastries. We use the same equipment and work surfaces to prepare products with nuts in as our nut free products. Careful attention is taken to clean down after using nuts and to keep the products separate, but nuts may be present in products that do not contain nuts in the ingredients list.
