Our stollen is laced with Brandy, comforting winter spices, cranberries, sultanas, citrus flavours and of course homemade marzipan. All wrapped in eco packaging that is recyclable and compostable. Somewhere between a bread and a cake, our Stollen improves with age, lasting up to 4 weeks although surely it'll be eaten within a few days!

Available for home delivery on Thursday or store collection Tuesday through Saturday from either Docker Ashford, The Goods Shed, Canterbury or the bakery at Park Farm, Folkestone. There is a 48 hour lead-time so for home delivery order before 12pm on a Tuesday and for collection before 12pm on a Thursday
